Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Demonstrated executive-level technical leadership—this role requires more than project or portfolio management experience
Minimum 10 years of experience leading technical teams, with direct responsibility for systems, platforms, or infrastructure
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise IT functions
Strong technical fundamentals across: Enterprise architecture, Infrastructure (On-Prem and/or cloud), Data platforms and integrations, Cybersecurity and operational resilience, End-to-end IT service delivery
Deep expertise in at least one major IT domain, such as: Cybersecurity, Applications development and support, Data and analytics, IT operations and infrastructure, Enterprise architecture, Governance, risk, and compliance
