5–7+ years of experience in SAP GTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer relationship management

Ability to work across geographically distributed teams and time zones

Experience interacting with senior management

Managing multiple cross-functional projects

Providing application support

Willingness to travel on short-term assignments

Preferred

Familiarity with HP Service Manager

Familiarity with HP ALM/testing tools
