Indiana University is seeking individuals for open rank non-tenure track faculty positions in the Finance Department of the Kelley School of Business starting in fall 2026. Responsibilities

Teaching duties of 18 credit hours a year will be primarily at the undergraduate level but may include graduate level courses
Candidates should also be open to the service commitment required of clinical faculty
Service commitments may include leading one of the Kelley School’s undergraduate workshops or MBA-level academies and serving on various department/school committees
We expect that the successful candidate will grow into a leadership role in our teaching programs

Qualification

PhD in FinanceMaster's in FinanceIndustry experienceTeaching experienceRelationship managementLeadership skills

Required

PhD, or doctoral degree completion by August 2026, in finance or related area for clinical classification
Minimum of a master's degree in finance or related fields at the time of hiring for lecturer classification
At least one year of relevant industry experience, specifically those who have worked in high impact roles in Financial Services and/or Corporate Finance

Preferred

Experience teaching courses in Fintech and Investments
Experience in high impact roles in Financial Services and/or Corporate Finance
