Responsibilities
Daily communications with various team members and trade partners
Assist in maintaining and building relationships with existing and new suppliers
Data entry
Generate Excel reports used for inventory management and shipment tracking
Assembly and distribution of Market Update Reports
Tracking samples
Document review and management
Studying and understanding a variety of world markets
Qualification
Required
Independent thinker and self-starter with ability to thrive in pressure and time-sensitive environment
Quick learner with ability to adapt to new working environment
Detail oriented and well organized
Basic computer knowledge to include experience working with Excel. Will need to learn internal computer system in short order
Work well with numbers
Good oral & written communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
