AI Software Engineer

They are seeking a Full-Stack AI Software Engineer to build and optimize AI-driven business applications in an Azure-only environment, connecting technical development and business needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis to identify requirements, pain points, and high‑value AI opportunities
Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack AI applications using Python and modern Javascript frameworks (for example: React, Angular, Svelte, TypeScript, Node.js/Express)
Design and develop backend database integrations and logic
Leverage Microsoft Graph API integrations
Ensure compliance with company standards, technical specifications, and responsible‑AI practices
Qualification
Required
Irving TX location, Onsite Role
Proven experience developing front‑end applications using React, Angular, or Svelte with strong TypeScript and modern UI design
Hands‑on proficiency in back‑end development with Node.js, Express, and Python (FastAPI), including secure REST API design and integration
Demonstrated capability in AI orchestration using frameworks such as Microsoft Semantic Kernel or LangChain, including prompt engineering, token optimization, and response evaluation
Experience implementing monitoring and observability with OpenTelemetry
Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL (pgvector), SQL, or Cosmos DB, and familiarity with vector‑database concepts for AI applications
Competence using development tools including VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, while following SDLC best practices
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Proof of Work: Links to your code in Git repositories and deployed solutions will be reviewed during the interview
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field (advanced degrees or equivalent experience a plus)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
Familiarity with data engineering and analytics platforms
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, etc
Practical knowledge of Azure cloud environments, including Azure App Service, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure DevOps (YAML) for deployment automation
Working understanding of security and governance in cloud environments
Experience in industrial manufacturing or a similar domain
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment to convert business needs into innovative AI solutions
