Responsibilities
Lead equipment installation and facilities projects from initiation through completion
Manage schedules, budgets, scope, and contractor performance
Coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities, safety, engineering, and external vendors
Ensure equipment and building services are installed to specifications and operational readiness
Communicate project priorities, risks, timelines, and costs to senior leadership
Drive stakeholder alignment and customer-focused project outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in construction project management or facilities management
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities
Proven ability to manage subcontracted electrical, mechanical, and building trades
Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects in fast-paced environments
