Own full program lifecycle using PLM processes
Serve as primary customer contact and internal program lead
Lead NPI and support proposal development and new business
Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
Monitor cost, schedule, performance; report to leadership and customers
Resolve technical, commercial, and in-service issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years program/project management experience in manufacturing
NPI experience with engineered products
Strong skills in MS Project, SAP, and stakeholder communication
Preferred
Engineering preferred
Aerospace preferred
PMP certification preferred (or within 6 months)
