EMCOR Services New England Mechanical is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services. They are seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to develop and sell service agreements to commercial clients in Central and Southern Maine, utilizing various prospecting techniques to secure new meetings and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Successfully prospect for, qualify, and onboard new customers

Utilize various prospecting techniques including canvasing, networking, referrals, and social media to secure new meetings with prospective clients

Capture and track all sales related activity within a CRM

Prepare/present proposals and complete all required administrative functions in a timely manner

Achieve required sales activity metrics and assigned sales goals

Qualification

HVAC knowledgeB2B sales experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

Valid driver's license

Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite products

Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills are a must

Preferred

Knowledge and experience of HVAC is preferred but not required

Business to business sales experience is preferred
