Responsibilities
Supervising principals
Holding the role of ombudsperson
Partnering with the Superintendent on crisis management
Supervising other directors
Overseeing additional areas within the organization
Standing in for the Superintendent as needed
Coordinating with the cabinet team to review responsibilities and align and restructure responsibilities across the cabinet leadership team to best serve Richfield Public Schools
Qualification
Required
Current Minnesota Superintendent Licensure
Successful leadership experience at both the building and the district level
Preferred
Individuals who plan to become a future superintendent, ideally even the future superintendent of RPS
