Business Development Manager
Interior Talent is a leading talent recruitment and retention firm for the Architecture and Design industry. They are currently seeking a dynamic sales leader to join their client’s luxury brand as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving client partnerships and sales in their territory.
Responsibilities
Driving client partnerships and sales in their territory
Developing existing and new relationships with discerning architects, designers, and contractors to meet and exceed sales goals
Providing a full range of services to discerning clientele with the support of a company built on the principle of integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, design, architecture, or related field
5-8+ years of outside sales, business development and/or sales management experience
Must have strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide and manage clients
A track record of driving and developing long-term client partnerships, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
Effective business development abilities with a strong focus on details and follow-ups
The personal drive to meet and exceed goals
A proven ability to develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentations
Strong business acumen to represent the company's brand
Preferred
Previous experience in interior design, architectural design/products, kitchen/bath/stone industry is a plus
