Responsibilities
Own new market launches end-to-end (pick markets, build playbooks, run rollout, track KPIs)
Work closely with ops/clinical/product teams, with travel as needed for launches
Qualification
Required
High-horsepower operator who can turn strategy into reality
MBB + operating reps OR Growth Equity/PE ops OR marketplace/scale-up BizOps with ownership
Low ego, team-first, comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on work
Owned a new market launch end-to-end (market selection → launch execution → KPI outcomes)
Preferred
Stand out candidates with MBB (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) experience plus post-consulting operating ownership
