Director of Finance
GAC Enterprises, LLC is a trusted partner in telecom and infrastructure construction. They are seeking a Director of Finance to provide strategic and operational financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership to the organization, supporting strategic planning, business initiatives, and executive decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with operational goals
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts. Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financial projections to ensure financial stability and operational continuity
Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports, analyses, and dashboards for senior leadership. Ensure reporting supports transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making
Establish, maintain, and monitor internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
Develop, refine, and document financial models, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks. Ensure financial tools and documentation are scalable, accurate, and aligned with company needs
Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership teams to support financial planning, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management expertise
Ability to design and enforce internal controls and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance) or CPA preferred
Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role preferred
Experience supporting multi-state or growing organizations strongly preferred
