Recru is looking for a Data Architect to shape their new data warehouse and business intelligence environments. This role will focus on designing, evolving, and governing enterprise data architecture to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise data models, integration patterns, and metadata management standards

Architect and oversee data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakehouse environments (BigQuery and SAP BW/4HANA preferred)

Establish data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data consistency, security, and performance across business units

Guide data migration and cloud modernization strategies (e.g., from legacy BW to cloud-native analytics)

Utilizes data mining techniques and develops data models to assist in the visualization and interpretation of data

Partner with business leads to fulfill analytic and reporting requests as the domain data resource reference; you'll assist in creating and supporting a self-service style analytics platform among stakeholders

Enhance our capability to analyze and 'make sense' of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help make better data-driven decisions

Identify opportunities for process improvement and continue maintaining awareness and applicability of new and emerging BI tools and processes

Develops standard or custom reports, queries, or dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources and provides ongoing support for data users
