Lead & Develop a Team: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth

Recruitment Strategy: Build and execute innovative, scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and senior leaders to understand talent needs and deliver strong, consistent service

Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding: Leverage creative sourcing techniques and market intelligence to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand

Culture & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and support initiatives that promote a diverse, high-performing workforce

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to assess pipeline health, identify opportunities, and continuously improve processes
