Responsibilities
Gather and translate HR business requirements into Oracle HCM system solutions
Configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting
Perform business and gap analysis, UAT, data migration support, and post-implementation troubleshooting
Develop reports, dashboards, and conduct end-user training
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrations, and data migration
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
