Responsibilities

Strong ETL knowledge (Abinitio, Pyspark ), Good Analytical skills and Banking Knowledge. Should be sound on business Analysis

Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area

Contributes to data analytics standards around which others will operate

Applies in-depth understanding of how data analytics collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function

Employs developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers

Resolves occasionally complex and highly variable issues

Produces detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken

Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Required

In Depth and Hands on Knowledge on Ab-Initio, Hadoop Big Data, Python and SAS for Data Mining and for Data Analysis

Should be able to frame Data Extraction Scripts to extract the data and subject it to in-depth data analysis and should have experience in building automated analytics dashboard and reporting pipelines, reducing manual effort, and enabling real-time data insights

Lead end-to-end data analytics and reporting initiatives, analyzing complex financial data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights supporting business and regulatory needs

Develop and optimize SQL queries, and automation scripts in Oracle and Hive to streamline data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation

Design and deliver reporting and visualization solutions that translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders in Finance, Risk, and Operations

Knowledge on preparation and submission of various regulatory reporting including CCAR 14M, CCAR 14A CCAR 14Q, FRY9C, FR2052A, FFIEC 101, FFEIC031, IFRS9, CECL etc. as part of the Federal Reserve's stress testing and regulatory reporting framework

Should be able to drive data integrity, quality assurance, and process automation, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency through emerging technologies

Having knowledge on Regulation reporting is a plus

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
