Responsibilities
Under general direction, leads the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints
Develops project plans and team member assignments, defines specific deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for the organization
Conducts project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and shares process enhancements to optimize project management practices
Implements and enforces quality control processes to identify and resolve any deviations or deficiencies
Develops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption
Identifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plans
Prepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
Directs individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail
Coaches more junior colleagues in current project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
5-7 years work experience in Managed Care environment
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional(PMP) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Equivalent Experience
High School Diploma Or General Equivalent Development (GED)
