Responsibilities

Scanning and entering data for any mail received daily

Preparing materials to be shipped each day

Scheduling pickups and deliveries of supplies for office and warehouse

Operating mailing equipment, (Printers, Inserters, Folders)

Coordinating and prioritizing work to support the needs of warehouse employees

Various other duties, projects as assigned

Required

Knowledge of Word, and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great phone presence
