Responsibilities
Connect with leaders, associates, and former interns
Network in both formal settings and fun social events
Explore career paths across areas of the business
Experience our brand-new campus, including wellness spaces like the Walton family whole health & fitness
Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models using large-scale datasets
Apply deep learning techniques to structured and unstructured data (text, images, time series)
Partner with engineers and product teams to deploy models into production
Perform error analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization
Contribute to scalable ML pipelines and MLOps workflows
Qualification
Required
Graduating December 2027- August 2028
Undergrad Enrolled in CS, EE, Math, Stats, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Java/Scala a plus)
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Experience implementing ML models from scratch or using frameworks
Coursework or projects demonstrating applied AI skills
