Responsibilities
Looking for an exceptional Customer Service professional to support the treasury team for a banking enterprise
Requires a research driven person
They deal with every treasury product, every level of client (commercial - business banking, 5 mil-2 bil in revenue client) and enterprise employee
Must have the ability to resolve challenging issues
Ability to navigate multiple systems, multitasker
Many different systems to learn
On the phones, answer 25- 30 calls/daily - phone all day. (they don’t have talk time metrics - it’s about resolving the issue - avg talk time 10 min, won’t be rushed, but will be monitored)

Exceptional Customer Service skills
Research driven
Ability to resolve challenging issues
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Multitasking skills
Experience dealing with treasury products
Experience with commercial business banking clients with revenue between 5 million to 2 billion
Ability to handle 25-30 calls daily
Ability to maintain average talk time of 10 minutes
