Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for field demonstration (demo), sales & corporate positions
Partner with field leadership and corporate teams on hiring needs
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
Use a sales-minded approach to drive candidate engagement and offer acceptance
Support onboarding and early retention efforts
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of recruiting or sales-related experience
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple roles at once
Preferred
Experience hiring field, retail, or sales roles preferred
