Responsibilities
Prepare and submit weekly billing files to Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, Medicare and managed Medicare plans
Prepare weekly reports to monitor billing errors, denials and collections
Liaison between the Business Office and clinics relating to setting and collection of self-pay fees
Assist in training and managing billing staff to maximize collections and minimize denials
Review and supervise Medicaid, managed Medicaid, Medicare, managed Medicare and third-party billing and collections
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
5 + years of working experience
Must be knowledgeable with regard to all billing guidance from various agencies
Preferred
Master's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred
