Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements

Support ERP system implementation, focusing on report development for HR, Work Management, and Finance modules in the Cayenta ERP system

Conduct gap analysis, document business processes, and recommend process improvements

Create test case scenarios and facilitate report testing and validation

Generate and manage change requests for implementing reports in the production environment using ServiceNow

Work closely with developers, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver solutions

Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and other querying tools

Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and ERP functionalities related to reporting

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
