Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating client appointments
Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency
Performing accurate and timely data entry
Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and collating documents
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment, including experience managing a high volume of phone calls
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Solid administrative, computer, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role
