Boldyn Networks is reimagining the future of interconnectivity, and they are seeking a Convention Center Support Technician I to manage on-site connectivity for clients at their conference spaces. This role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and ensuring a positive experience for event organizers and attendees.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems
Interact with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience
Ensure all setups comply with safety regulations and standards
Keep track of equipment inventory and report any damages or losses
The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the conventions
Qualification
Required
Proficient with modern audio-visual equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Excellent customer service experience
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a convention center or event venue
Basic Cisco connectivity experience, CCNA preferred
