Senior Resolution Planning and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate resolution planning activities for US TI&I, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with enterprise-wide strategies
Develop, maintain, and update resolution plans, playbooks, and related documentation across US legal entities
Partner with cross-functional and Enterprise teams to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies related to resolution planning
Serve as a subject matter expert on US regulatory expectations and best practices in resolution planning
Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to communicate planning progress, findings, and remediation actions
Design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for the Operational Resilience team
Analyze key risk indicators, operational incidents, and resilience metrics to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with business units to gather data, validate information, and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and governance committees
Identify opportunities to enhance resolution and resilience processes, tools, and methodologies
Contribute to the development and delivery of training for stakeholders on operational resilience topics
Qualification
Required
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, Data and/or a related field
You've spent at least 3 years in a resolution planning or reporting/analytics role leading projects and designing solutions
Lead and coordinate resolution planning activities for US TI&I, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with enterprise-wide strategies
Develop, maintain, and update resolution plans, playbooks, and related documentation across US legal entities
