Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovative and engaging digital campaigns across social, email, paid media, oribe.com, retailer sites and other digital touchpoints and emerging platforms, helping to evolve and define the visual language of the brand, ensuring a distinctive 'Oribe' personality

Create and deliver visually engaging concepts and assets that communicate the brand's luxury narrative, transforming ideas and insights into captivating digital experiences and cultural moments

Lead, collaborate and convey creative feedback with Internal and External Creative Agencies, sharing guidance and direction on creative concepts, casting, photographic intent, production talent, and all things leading up to digital and social campaign photoshoot

Build conceptual design direction and hands-on execute assets using comprehensive mastery of the following programs: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Express), Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat

Aptly convey design concepts and the rationale behind them to upper management and key stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex messaging and abundant assets into digestible and relatable consumer experience
