Responsibilities

Complete minor repairs to homes and facilities including plumbing, electrical and carpentry

General plumbing: common water heater failure issues, repair/replace leaking faucet, replace toilet/toilet tank parts, etc

General carpentry: replace door locks, hang door slabs, tighten fasteners in cabinets, hang blinds, etc

General electrical: replace plug receptacles, identify breaker and main cutoffs, etc

Inspect common area amenities including laundry, playground, and other recreational equipment to ensure proper operation and make repairs as needed

Provide general upkeep of vacant sites including strap-downs

Support the grounds team with seasonal lawn care, trash collection/removal, and overall cleanliness of community common areas

Follow safety regulations and procedures including safely operating vehicles and machinery
