Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities
Scheduling face-to-face and/or virtual meetings
Prepare and edit written and verbal correspondence to Financial Professionals
Provide meeting follow-up support with email campaigns and outbound phone calls
Use CRM software to manage advisor lists, log activities, and record information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills; understanding of written business communication standards
Comfort with outbound calls
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Previous CRM/customer service/relations experience
Preferred
Experience with scheduling software or technology a plus
