Wholesale & Acquisition Manager – Multifamily Real Estate
CraigCecilio.com is a company focused on building a nationwide apartment acquisition platform. They are seeking a Wholesale Manager to lead a team of property scouts, source apartment opportunities, and manage deal underwriting to ensure consistent deal flow across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of property scouts across 10 U.S. markets, ensuring consistent deal flow and market coverage
Source and evaluate apartment building opportunities (30–500 units) across targeted cities
Underwrite deals before submission to Investment Committee using financial modeling, rent rolls, and market comps
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and off-market contacts to generate quality deal flow
Collaborate directly with the CEO and acquisitions team to refine sourcing strategy and market penetration
Report weekly performance metrics, including pipeline volume, underwriting status, and conversion ratios
Negotiate and structure purchase offers, LOIs, and contracts with the support of the internal team
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, brokerage, or multifamily underwriting
Strong understanding of financial metrics (NOI, cap rates, IRR, value-add models, etc.)
Ability to analyze deals quickly and accurately using Excel or underwriting software
Leadership skills to manage and motivate remote property scouts and ensure results
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities — both in-person and over the phone
Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Local to San Diego (hybrid role: in-office and in-field)
