Responsibilities
Be the friendly voice that assists customers with billing questions or disputes
Respond to emails and calls, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently
Follow up with customers to guarantee their concerns are fully resolved
Prepare and manage invoices for completed jobs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Track sales orders from creation to completion, keeping an eye on recurring rentals and billing status
Make necessary updates to invoices as needed
Use NextService Scheduler to monitor case and task status
Keep work organized by labeling tasks as new, ongoing, or completed
Ensure billable items are accurately tracked and properly invoiced
Qualification
Required
A solid grasp of clerical and administrative tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Top-notch organizational and time management skills
A knack for problem-solving and handling challenges with confidence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (OneDrive, Lists, Teams, SharePoint), Oracle NetSuite, NextService, QuickBooks, or similar software
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
