Draft, review, and organize loan documents for commercial real estate transactions
Assist with title and survey review, including resolving issues and coordinating with title companies
Prepare and manage closing checklists and ensure timely completion of all closing deliverables
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to facilitate smooth closings
Maintain and update transaction files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Conduct due diligence on property records and assist with lease and contract review
Support attorneys with post-closing documentation and follow-up tasks
