Customer Technical Support
Simplistic, LLC is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving technical inquiries across platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo, while refining support processes to deliver best-in-class experiences to DTC brands.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute client onboarding and platform implementation, ensuring all tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias) are properly configured and connected
Assist with data migrations, app installations, theme settings, and light troubleshooting during the onboarding phase
Partner with Project Managers and Developers to align on technical requirements, client timelines, and post-launch success metrics
Guide clients through system walkthroughs, tool setup, and training sessions, ensuring they feel confident managing their tech stack
Develop internal documentation and onboarding templates to standardize processes and reduce implementation time
Identify technical roadblocks early, escalate appropriately, and proactively communicate updates to both clients and internal stakeholders
Support post-launch quality assurance and conduct light technical support for escalated platform issues when needed
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of onboarding workflows, toolkits, and internal handoff processes
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years in technical support, onboarding, or implementation within an eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environment
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace is required
Solid understanding of how eCommerce platforms, email marketing tools, and customer service apps integrate and operate together
A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency
Process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve documentation, workflows, and handoffs
