Responsibilities

Rapidly developing structural building information models (BIMs)
Annotating plan and details
Creating three-dimensional renderings
Rationalizing geometry for appropriate structural schemes
Assisting with creating structural narratives

Qualification

Required

Two years' experience with REVIT structure
Ability to work under the direction of engineers and REVIT Manager to develop structural model
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented
40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience at creating structural drawings preferred
