LHH is a leading technology company seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team. The role involves managing data center assignments, improving standard operating procedures, and coordinating with planners to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own the process of checking and correcting data center (DC) assignments for regions
Follow and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on experience and edge cases
Coordinate closely with EG and S&OE planners to ensure accurate assignments
Publish daily status reports to track progress and escalate blockers promptly
Analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies to optimize capacity utilization

Required

4–6 years of proven experience in an operations role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and macros)
Experience with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Ability to follow and improve processes with a strong sense of ownership
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

Supply chain experience highly desirable
Background in cloud infrastructure or data center environments is a plus
