Responsibilities
Ensure seamless execution and deliver a best-in-class advisor support experience across all investment life-cycle events within the firm’s product suite
Support the onboarding of new distribution partners and financial intermediaries by gaining a deep understanding of their operational workflows and support requirements
Partner with internal teams and key external providers to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and support-related issues
Build a strong understanding of each distribution partner’s operational platforms and document procedures to support ongoing fund maintenance across multiple platforms
Contribute to global PWS growth and expansion through comprehensive reporting and analysis across all distribution channels and functions
Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure for both domestic and international use
Broaden and refine existing sales reporting and key performance metrics for evergreen products
Assist in preparing and distributing regular reports summarizing wealth-management investor activity across the product suite
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
2–5 years of relevant client service and operational support experience within the wealth management or retail investment segment
Strong understanding of alternative investment product structures
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a cross-functional environment
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Creative problem-solving skills paired with sound, decisive judgment
Self-starter with a proven track record of driving results
Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of start date
Preferred
Familiarity with high-net-worth client and financial advisor operating models
