The role involves overseeing Warehouse Management Systems, collaborating with logistics teams, troubleshooting system issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Owns oversight and maintenance of the WMS use in operations

Responsible for identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to minimize operations disruption

Collaborate with project team to implement warehouse automation technologies

Project Lead in delivery of complex projects, enhancements and system support

Drives continuous improvement through systems initiatives which support KPl's in the areas of cost, quality, service, safety, and sustainability

Act as a change agent and assist operational teams with the transition from as-is / to-be processes and systems

Partner with IT Functional Analyst to perform updates to system configuration, test code changes, and provide early communication to operations teams to ensure they understand how changes will impact their processes

Required

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

Minimum 3 years professional experience is required, preferred experience in information systems and/or warehousing

Must have extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Tier 1 solutions such as Blue Yonder JDA/Red Prairie
