Independent Workday Consultant
GQR is actively expanding its network of experienced Workday Independent Consultants to support a growing number of partner and customer projects. The role involves leading or supporting Workday implementations, providing post-production support, and optimizing systems for various clients.
Responsibilities
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Functional or technical expertise in HCM, FINs, Payroll, Adaptive, Reporting, Prism, Integrations, Extend, Data Conversion or Project/Change Management
Proven ability to lead or support implementations (Phase I, Phase X), or AMS/optimization initiatives
Strong client-facing skills and a consultative mindset
Active Workday certifications, or proven skills supporting Workday customers
Qualification
Required
