Obra Capital is seeking an Analyst, Derivative Operations to join their New York office. This role will support the firm’s growing credit platform and focus on operational functions related to equity derivatives, working closely with investment professionals and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Support daily operational processes that enable portfolio management and trading activities across the firm

Assist in the onboarding and enhancement of operational infrastructure, systems, and workflows

Liaise with internal teams, third-party service providers (including portfolio and order management systems, data vendors), and counterparties to oversee the full trade lifecycle for equity derivatives

Review and support daily, monthly, and quarterly valuation, reconciliation, and position verification processes

Participate in cash management and treasury functions, including liquidity and collateral management

Prepare portfolio- and manager-level reporting; analyze holdings, performance, leverage, and risk exposures

Execute departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to operational standards
