AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 24-unit and a 42-unit apartment community. The role involves general building maintenance, landscape upkeep, and ensuring tenant's maintenance needs are met.

Responsibilities

Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
Report violations of lease and house rules
Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
Perform preventative maintenance duties
Maintaining excellent curb appeal
Follow policies and procedures

Living on site is required for this position
Reliable Transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
