Manage flooring projects from bid award through completion
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for flooring scopes
Coordinate installers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in flooring, interior finishes, or construction project management
Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
