Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement

Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic partner to the Sales Executive team and senior leaders, providing consultative guidance to enable the CAI Sales Team to effectively leverage AI-driven strategies
Spearhead AI-driven change initiatives within the sales organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing impact
Collaborate with senior sales leaders and boundary partners to design, implement, and monitor the sales tool strategy roadmap, supporting both current and future business needs across all CAI Sales/PM teams
Lead new tool exploration efforts to ensure strategy and tech stack are aligned to industry best in class, including AI capabilities
Design and monitor overall effectiveness of AI capabilities and tools to inform the future strategy and ROI
Owns vendor management relationships, including strategic oversight in negotiation, contract terms, and direct partnership with CAI Supply Chain
Oversee design, configuration, testing, adoption, and implementation of new and/or enhanced processes, tools, etc
Partner closely with other peers with the SBO and Technology teams to create a vision for how technology converges to enable the seller experience
Identify new tools/functionality capabilities to enhance sales and performance management effectiveness with a specific focus on AI and automation across tools
Develop and execute an adoption strategy for tools/processes, including engaging with business owners for key enablement tools (Seismic, WhatFix, etc.)
Develop and lead pilot strategies validating business value and requirements supporting an evaluation recommendation for new tools/processes
Create investment roadmaps and impact analyses aligned with future budget plans, providing clear visibility into new funding requirements and potential variances
Rationalize redundant sales tools, including AI capabilities, and work with leadership to obtain buy-in and the budget necessary to develop an enterprise approach
Owns the sales tech stack and is the primary point of contact for key contract renewals, contract terms, license management, and RFPs
Responsible for the overall execution and evolution of our Digital Adoption strategy across CAI Sales/Performance Management
Partner with Technology and boundary partners to develop an Enterprise Digital Adoption Strategy while considering business requirements for all impacted parties
Leads individual contributors to ensure the execution of building, auditing, and deploying new content in Salesforce instances and other enablement tools
Facilitates stakeholder meetings for AVPs and above, oversees and communicates process gaps and KPIs for leadership alignment
Examines high-level process changes, identifies critical metrics, and oversees preparation for stakeholder reviews
Oversees efforts to identify business process improvement opportunities, develop and monitor applicable KPIs, and recommend enhancements with a focus on improved sales and pm team experience, increased productivity, and/or reducing cost
Provides continuous visibility into process compliance, prioritizes process governance efforts, and monitors adherence to standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8 years' experience leading enterprise-level projects and/or strategy in a highly complex sales/sales operations environment. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years' experience in a related field
3+ years of experience in management or leadership role
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of AI to effectively communicate concepts, trends, and the impacts of technological advancements within the organization
In-depth, hands-on knowledge of enterprise AI tools, including Copilot M365, Claude, Agentforce, etc
Experience working directly with sales leadership to understand business priorities and needs
Proven ability to drive adoption and change management for new tools/processes
Ability to think strategically and plan long-term in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation skills; strong skills in effective communication with all levels of leadership
Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite
Experienced team leader with proven skills in change management and problem-solving
Experience in operating in a support capacity in a high-functioning sales and/or operations environment
Technical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity, who can help connect dots
Project Methodologies: Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally

Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements
