Platform Specialist Manager

Responsibilities
Manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business
Make recommendations to clients on how they best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership
Work hand in hand with a Client Partner Manager and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team
Partner closely with regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products
Drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years experience of managing account managers/a client services team
Demonstrable account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience
Strong understanding of performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space
Excellent communication and presentation skills - in-person, on video conference, and over-the-phone. Ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends, combined with the aptitude to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service
Passionate and proven in developing teams, driving an inclusive culture of collaboration and shared success. Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide others towards achieving shared goals
Preferred
Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Coach the team to quantify high-impact opportunities, make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers. Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role, including an in-depth knowledge of Excel
Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities
Experience in or working with clients in some combination of Finance, Productivity & Utilities, Photo Video, News and/ or Entertainment industry is preferred
