2+ years expSolayer Labs is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead social media, content distribution, and growth campaigns for their Margin Trading products. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing marketing content to educate users and enhance engagement with active traders.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day social media marketing for margin trading (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
Create and publish short-form content, threads, posts, visuals, and announcements around trading features, campaigns, and market moments
Translate margin trading concepts (leverage, risk, liquidation) into simple, educational, and engaging content
Plan and execute growth campaigns, promotions, and feature launches focused on margin trading adoption
Partner with Design to ship landing pages, banners, in-app messages, and email campaigns
Coordinate with community and partnerships teams on trading competitions, referral programs, and social activations
Track performance of social and growth campaigns (engagement, clicks, conversion to trading activity)
Work with Data Analysts to analyze results and iterate quickly on messaging and formats
Test and optimize content via A/B experiments and market feedback
Stay closely aligned with Product and Trading teams on roadmap updates and market conditions
Ensure all messaging follows compliance and risk guidelines for margin trading products
Support community management and real-time communication during launches or market volatility
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in social media, growth marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience running social accounts and campaigns for a product or brand
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Interest in trading, fintech, or crypto (margin trading knowledge is a strong plus)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time environments
Preferred
Experience marketing trading platforms, exchanges, or financial products
Familiarity with X/Twitter crypto & trading communities
Experience using analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, social analytics tools)
Basic understanding of leverage, liquidation, and risk disclosures
