Responsibilities
Focus on event ticket sales and enrollment of business owners and entrepreneurs into the business events, summits, and bootcamps
Engage warm leads, qualify potential clients, and close deals
Making high-volume outbound dials daily using an auto dialer
Manage your pipeline using company CRM (Hubspot) and end-of-day reporting/ KPI tracking
Daily role-play sessions and consistent feedback to build a bulletproof sales skill set
Qualification
Required
6+ months of experience in a high-volume sales role
Comfortable with a high-energy environment
Comfortable selling B2B or speaking to business owners
Ability to receive feedback and implement it consistently
Thrives in a fast-paced and high-energy culture
Preferred
Completion of sales training programs or mentorship
