Responsibilities

Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs

Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area

Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates

Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area

By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity

Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)

Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

B.E.S.T. certificationFreestyle Series certificationCFC Refrigeration CertificationDiagnosis & repairHigh School DiplomaValid driver’s licenseLift 50 pounds

Required

High School Diploma (or GED) required

Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 1 year from hire required

2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required

Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Preferred

CFC Refrigeration Certification preferred

1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred
