Product Support Engineer
Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software, and they are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving engineering problems related to distributed control systems and providing support to customers both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities
Support a variety of product support functions and troubleshooting on control systems for customer issues. This support may be delivered remotely, at office locations or customer sites
Work with cutting edge control system technology, diagnose and resolve software, application, product and engineering problems, while working independently and with teams
Lead team assignments with an emphasis on delivering results. Apply your learned skills and begin to develop new solutions
Provide instruction to customers and internal teams, and act as a Team Lead on assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical educational curriculum, or relevant experience in lieu of education
A minimum of two (2) years' of related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Experience working with PLCs and/or DCS programming or support
PMP, Microsoft, and/or Cisco certifications
