Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices
Recruit and Onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback and manage payroll and benefits for employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience working in a plant manufacturing environment
3+ years working as a Human Resource Manager
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
