Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with customers and partners within your territory
Conduct periodic on-site visits with hospitals, provider groups, and care management teams
Serve as a consistent point of contact for customer communication and coordination
Support account retention through regular engagement and follow-up
Identify and surface growth and partnership opportunities for senior leadership review
Assist with renewal preparation and coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in CRM
Escalate risks and issues to leadership as appropriate
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, care coordination, or related roles
Comfortable with outbound outreach and customer-facing work
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15–20% within the assigned territory
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-facing presence
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or care management teams
