This role involves hands-on analog and digital circuit design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine technical requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams
Design analog, digital, power, and sensor-based circuits for ruggedized electronics
Perform circuit simulations, tolerance analyses, and component stress analysis
Create and execute test plans, analyze results, and generate formal test reports
Troubleshoot and investigate failures using structured root cause methodologies
Prepare technical documentation and materials for design and customer reviews
Generate and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Support multiple projects simultaneously, including new development and legacy systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience in analog and digital circuit design
Experience with power supply and power conversion design
Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, or PADS
Strong circuit analysis, testing, and troubleshooting skills using standard lab equipment
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with Electronic Safety and Arming Devices (ESADs)
Exposure to extreme environmental design and testing or energetic materials
Participation in design reviews, safety reviews, or root cause investigations
Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills
